This Mobile Application Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between ASWT (All Seasoning Window Tint & Graphic Designs) ("ASWT," "we," "our," or "us") and the user ("you" or "your") for the use of the ASWT mobile application (the "App"). This Agreement governs your use of the App, so please read it carefully before accessing or using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. ASWT reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for updates or changes.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, ASWT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a mobile device that you own or control, solely in the United States of America.

3. Restrictions

You shall not:

1. Modify, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer the App, or attempt to do so.
   
2. Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works from the App.
3. Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
4. Use the App to harass, defame, or harm others or to send spam or other unsolicited communications.
5. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or any networks connected to the App.
6. Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

4. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website and is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Termination

ASWT reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time and for any reason, without notice. You may terminate this Agreement by deleting the App from your mobile device and discontinuing use. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately terminate.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ASWT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ASWT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ASWT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ASWT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
